CELEBRATE 80 YEARS OF FREEDOM IN EERDE

Every year on September 17, people in Eerde celebrate that the liberation began on that day in 1944 with the landing of hundreds of paratroopers from the 501 Parachute Infantry Regiment. We will celebrate this for the 80th time in 2024; a crowning year in which the Airborne Committee Eerde wants to celebrate the liberation in an extra grand way, together with you.

Of course there is the traditional commemoration on September 17, but you are also offered an appealing program in collaboration with Muziekvereniging Meierijstad, Stichting Eerdse molen, Liberation Task Force, Vfonds and gemeente Meierijstad.
